Victor holds a Comp.Sc. master degree from the Weizmann Institute of Science and is earning his life by developing software since 1993. Since then he alternates between positions of a developer, an architect and a team tead. Currently serves as an Infra Team Lead at Kenshoo. He excels in taking a convoluted mess of legacy code and transforming it to a more modular, performant and easier to reason about. He is the Mr. Wolf one calls in to “solve problems”. He enjoys leading and inspiring people but gets bored to death by administrative tasks. If asked, would name pragmatism as his most important virtue.
